Cruise Sales Consultants (Office based or Homeworking)
The role is to provide excellent sales service to all customers, selling a variety of Cruise products including tailor made options to dynamically package holidays to meet customer needs by;
Maximising every sales opportunity to meet & exceed sales targets set by the organisation
Sell dynamically packaged Cruise Offers to generate sales whilst providing accurate information to the customer in-line with their enquiry/booking needs and availability.
To answer all incoming sales calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Managing day to day administration duties using time management techniques
The successful candidate/s will receive a competitive basic salary plus additional rewards.
The successful candidate/s will have proven targeted sales experience with at least 2 years’ experience within the travel industry (preferably in the Cruise sector). The ideal candidate/s will have strong sales ability and be extremely customer focused to offer exceptional service.
