Once your cruise has been booked our Aftersales team will take care of all your needs and are happy to assist with any queries you may have.
With a wealth of both cruise and travel knowledge we are able to assist with arranging pre travel needs such as airport parking and hotels, airport lounges and travel insurance, as well as offering advice for your cruise, ranging from the simple things like what to pack, right up to amending your booking if your circumstances change.
We are also able to offer guidance with health and immigration requirements as well as helping you with any special requirements you may have to make your cruise more comfortable for you, such as assistance boarding your ship.
If you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary or any other special occasion, we can help you arrange those special touches that show you care. Whether it is champagne on arrival, or making a reservation in any of the specialist restaurants on board your ship, our Aftersales team are happy to assist.
