For the launch of Britannia we’ve lined up ALL our Food Heroes, then added two new (very famous) faces to join them:
James Martin will be the face of The Cookery Club, an area comprised of 12 cooking areas as well as a chef’s demonstration station. In the Atrium there’s a completely new concept: the Market Café will serve a mouth- watering offering of fine cheeses, charcuterie and tapas, as well as Frenchstyle pâtisserie from another hero of ours, Eric Lanlard.
